Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges for non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

However, all sales are final for customized products, as these are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, along with photos of the issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
